We offer the finest coverage of your events from large to small. With our years of experience, rest assured that whether it’s a Black Tie Fundraiser or a small company picnic every detail will be covered. We can provide any level of photographic service for your corporate events, from simple still photography coverage, to digital video coverage, to complete edited DVD's of the entire event.

Since we are based here in Greater Cincinnati we are close to the major corporate event facilities such as the Cincinnati Convention Center, the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, and downtown Cincinnati hotels. If you are visiting the area and need an executive portrait, we can even bring the photo studio to you!

We also provide digital video and editing of your event. Let us provide you with a video montage of your event.  We can even arrange for your group to view the video on the final day of the event.

Here’s how it works.

First Let us know what you need.  This may depend on how many photos or how many guests you will have. We offer 3 different levels of coverage.

• Red Carpet coverage includes multiple photographers, portable studio setup, video services, or any other special needs.
• Executive coverage includes either two photographers or a photographer and assistant (suggested for larger events).
• Regular coverage includes one photographer (suggested for smaller events)
• 1 to 2 weeks after your event you will be able to view your photos on line through your own gallery. You will also receive a photo cd of all the images
• Special arrangements can be made if you need to have your photographs posted sooner.
• Just go to your own gallery to view and order extra photos!
